Lawful use and account security

Follow applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your content, interactions, credentials, and account activity. Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive use, unauthorized access, and interference with AeonAI are prohibited.

Free access and Paid subscriptions

AeonAI offers Free access and one Paid service level with Monthly and Annual billing options. Both options have the same Paid capabilities and allowances, and Free and Paid use the same AI quality. Usage limits apply.

U.S. pricing is $11.99/month for Monthly or $119.99/year for Annual, billed upfront. App Store pricing may vary by storefront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple.

Paid includes 100 successful AI Chat turns per monthly allowance window, up to 25 hosted web searches within those Chat turns, and 10 separate successful Voice turns per monthly allowance window. Annual also uses monthly allowance windows. Unused allowances do not roll over. Contacts and person-to-person Messages are included; Messages are separate from Chat and Voice allowances. Third-party providers

Features may use OpenAI, email providers, Open-Meteo, Google News, YouTube, and Apple Music or iTunes. Chat may send submitted text, recent conversation context, and saved persona or preferred-name context when used. Voice may send submitted audio, transcript text, and generated reply text needed for the request. See the AeonAI Privacy Policy for processing details.

Intellectual property

Service rights belong to Engine AI Labs and its licensors. You keep rights to submitted content, subject to permissions needed to operate your chosen features.

Account deletion and termination

You may stop using AeonAI at any time. To delete your account, go to Chat → tap + → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Apple-linked accounts may require fresh Sign in with Apple confirmation so AeonAI can request removal of its Apple authorization before deleting the AeonAI account.

If automatic Apple authorization removal cannot be completed, the app provides a separate Delete Aeon account only option and manual Apple authorization removal guidance. That option deletes the AeonAI account without claiming Apple authorization was automatically removed. Deleting AeonAI does not delete your Apple Account and does not automatically cancel Apple subscription billing. Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple separately.

To clear local chat history, go to Chat → tap + → Settings → Chat & Privacy → Clear Local Chat History. Clearing local history does not delete your account, direct messages, or all server-held data.

Account deletion immediately removes your normal AeonAI account and associated account data, subject to the limited retention categories disclosed in the AeonAI Privacy Policy.

Minimal purchase-ownership information may be retained for up to 24 months after account deletion for ownership protection, legitimate authenticated purchase-recovery review, and preservation of applicable prior allowance use. Recovery requests require authentication and review; purchase ownership does not transfer automatically to a recreated AeonAI account.

Expressly submitted safety reports may be retained for up to 90 days after report submission for safety, moderation, and support review. At expiry, purchase records and report content are no longer used through normal ownership, recovery, moderation, or support workflows and are removed through AeonAI's scheduled retention process.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or risks to users, AeonAI, or the public.

Disclaimers and liability

AeonAI is provided as is, without warranties. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong; verify important results.

To the extent the law allows, Engine AI Labs excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages and lost profits, even when notified of that possibility.

Changes and governing law

Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of revised terms. New Mexico, USA law governs these terms.
